❓ Can you give me a second opinion on my pet’s diagnosis?
I don’t replace your primary vet, but I can help you better understand your pet’s diagnosis, discuss different treatment approaches, and provide general wellness recommendations that may complement your vet’s care.
❓ How quickly will I get a response?
I do my best to respond within 24 hours during business hours, and most questions are answered the same day. Since this is a concierge-level service, you’ll always get timely, thoughtful responses.
❓ Is there a minimum commitment?
This is a month-to-month service, so you can cancel anytime. However, many pet parents choose to stay for ongoing support, especially for senior pets or pets with chronic conditions.
❓ Can I use this service for multiple pets?
This service is designed to provide dedicated support for one pet at a time to ensure they receive the most personalized guidance. If you’d like support for multiple pets, we can discuss an add-on option at a reduced rate.
❓ What if I have a complex question that requires research?
No problem! If your question requires a more detailed response, I’ll take the time to review research, holistic approaches, and veterinary insights before providing you with the best possible guidance. This is a concierge-level service, not a quick Q&A—I want to make sure you get thoughtful, well-informed answers.
❓ Can I schedule a phone or video call as part of this service?
This concierge service is text and email-based for quick, accessible guidance. However, if you feel you’d benefit from a live Zoom consultation, I offer Holistic Pet Guidance (a 60-minute virtual consult) as a separate service.
❓ Can you tell me exactly what supplements to buy and where to get them?
I can provide guidance on supplement categories, quality considerations, and general recommendations, but I cannot prescribe or dispense specific products. However, I’ll help you understand what to look for and how to make the best choice for your pet’s needs.
❓ Can I ask behavioral questions, too?
Yes! Behavior and wellness often go hand in hand. I can provide guidance on behavior-related concerns, such as anxiety, senior cognitive decline, enrichment strategies, and more. If your pet has severe behavioral challenges, I may recommend working with a certified behaviorist in addition to my support.

Nope! This service is available worldwide, and because it is not veterinary telemedicine, there are no location restrictions. As long as you have access to email and text, you can take advantage of unlimited expert support.
❓ Can I message you anytime, including nights and weekends?
I will respond within 24 hours during business hours (Monday–Saturday). While I do my best to accommodate questions quickly, this is not an emergency service. If your pet has a medical emergency, please contact your primary veterinarian or an emergency clinic.
